Edel qualified with a Diploma in Dental Nursing in 2016 and has worked in Kingcourt Dental Practice ever since -  moving from part-time to full time in 2017. Edel enjoys working with the most nervous patients and has a warm, friendly demeanour that puts everyone at their ease. As a result she is the top nurse to work alongside our Oral Surgeon for the more complicated procedures of implant placement and wisdom tooth removal. Edel loves to upskill and has travelled to London, Galway, Belfast and Kilkenny on courses to improve her position as a dental nurse. Outside of work Edel is a dab hand on the Accordion. She prefers the rock and roll side of music and has previously been employed by the Irish Army reserves.
